The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Please follow the rules below when sharing:
- Use the images as they are, keeping the logo and copyright notice visible.
- It’s acceptable if the top name field or bottom QR code/notes are not included, but please refrain from editing or modifying the images.
- Deleting the logo or copyright, editing text or illustrations, or using the materials in collages is not allowed.
We welcome introductions to Polan’s content (videos, printables, characters, etc.) on blogs or online media. However, please respect copyright and follow the conditions below.
When featuring content for introduction purposes:
